For many of our customers the growth of weeds on driveways or patios and mould and algae growth on roofs, is the single most detrimental aspect in the overall appearance of their home.

The wind-blown spores soon bed themselves into porous pavers, patio slabs or roof tiles and have little regard for that expensive installation. Once free from mould, lichen and algae, regular use of a green growth killer can keep future regrowth to a minimum.

For block paving, once clean of weeds, we recommend the application of our Block Paving Sealer. This will, when correctly applied, set the sand solid and add a significant level of protection to the stain and oil resistant properties of the pavers.

Roof growth such as algae and lichen is also an increasing issue for many properties, an application of Green Clear will remove the lichen, algae and other organic growth present. If this is followed up by application of a clear or coloured roof coating you will have years of a roof clear of unsightly and damaging algae and lichen growth.

Powerful Organic Growth Killer for Driveways, Patios and Roofs

GREEN CLEAR PRO is a highly effective microbiological biocide that will break down and kill organic growth quickly. It will also swiftly erase and prevent regrowth of mould, algae and mildew which are potential health hazards.

FOR BEST RESULTS:

Apply to dry surface by watering can or sprayer in temps between 8-20° degrees
Do not spray if rain is expected within 24hrs of application
Application ratios 1:10 or 1:5 for areas of heavy contamination
As a preventative, use at approx 1:20 ratio applying once or twice yearly
5 litres will treat 100 – 125m² when diluted 1: 5 and 150 – 250m² when diluted 1:10

The roof tile sealer is a high quality, clear, solvent free acrylic impregnating roof sealer for concrete, clay or slate tile roofs. Once applied, the roof sealer will alter the chemical structure of any roof tile and provide an excellent water repellent surface. The clear roof sealer will also greatly restrict the growth of algae, lichen and moss to the surface of the tile.

Coloured Roof Coatings

Coloured roof coatings are becoming increasingly popular these days as homeowners look to improve the visual appearance of their properties. The roof coatings are usually applied by using an airless sprayer and can have a transformative effect on older roof tiles.

Once the roof coating has dried it can make the old roof look like a new one. Concrete roof tiles that are very porous will become very water resistant once the roof coating has been applied and this will help to slow down any re-growth of moss, lichen or algae.

Roof coatings are available in a range of popular colours to suit all tastes, such as black, grey, red and brown. Samples are available upon request. If green growth or algae is present on the roof tiles it is advisable to use a good organic growth remover such as Green Clear Pro to ensure any moss or algae spores are completely killed off prior to application.

Concrete roof tile coatings are the most cost effective way to transform the look of a roof without the need for any expensive replacement of the roof tiles.

Climashield Roof Coating is used to renew the look of ageing, porous concrete roof tiles. Superior to a roof paint, it will transform the look of old concrete roof tiles and acts as a waterproof roof paint sealer as well as a coloured roof coating.

Once applied, the waterproof roof paint or roof paint sealer will aesthetically transform the roof, leave it water resistant and protect it from the harmful effects of UV light. The waterproof roof paint will also help the roof tiles to slow down the regrowth of moss, algae and lichen.

Water-vapour permeable coating allowing the roof to ‘breathe’. This importantly enables the roof tiles to expel moisture from the inside out. If any roof coating or roof sealer is applied that does not enable this to occur, harmful fungal infections and mould growth can become widespread.

Our waterproof roof paint products are coloured with the highest quality pigments available, the benefits of this include greater resistance to colour deterioration from UV light and excellent adhesion between roof coating and tile.

The roof coating will also allow ‘flexing’ and movement within the roof tile. Technically this is highly important because exposure to heat and cold will cause roof tiles to expand and contract.

Tarmac Restoration

Oil is very hard to remove using traditional detergent based oil removers on porous concrete and block paving as the oil will seep quickly into the pores. Our bio-degradable oil removers have active live bacteria that effectively ‘eat’ oil and other petrochemical contaminants such as diesel.

Prevent damp on brickwork by applying a protective sealer to brick walls and masonry. Making sure brick walls and masonry are fully waterproof is essential if you want to prolong the lifespan of an external wall or a masonry feature. Water ingress will damage porous brickwork over time and lead to the spread of damp if the brick wall is not treated.

In a storm, Masonry Protection Cream will keep walls dry and therefore reduce the possibility of damage by the spread of damp. In a storm its best to keep a porous wall dry, as this will make it last much longer. A protective brick sealer will keep a brick wall or masonry feature dry in a storm or other adverse weather conditions.

Protecting walls and brickwork from damp is essential, especially in reducing the risk of spalling which can be very expensive to repair.

Damage by frost is also a frequent problem often seen un-protected brickwork or masonry and is caused by frozen water held in the pores of brickwork. Applying a protective brick wall coating or sealer will save money over time and avoid the need to carry out expensive repairs.
